Additional Optical Port Options for OSD products
OSD values feedback from all customers and prides itself on the ability to customise products to meet individual project needs. As a result, OSD has released two additional optical port options for the OSD138 and OSD2041.
After 20 years of outstanding service, the OSD138 Serial Data to Fiber converter is now available with Duplex LC optical connectors in addition to the ST and SC versions.
The popular OSD2041 Fast Ethernet Media Converter can now be configured with an SFP port in place of fixed optical connectors. This allows greater flexibility for deployment in environments where the number of available optical fibers and link distances may be varied.
OSD2114-1Nx2 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch
To be released in September, the OSD2114-1Nx2 is an unmanaged 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch available in a wall mount casing or as a card for use in an OSD rack mount chassis. There are 4 x 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports and one SFP port that can be configured for 100BaseX or 1000BaseX use
